What we collect
When you call, we may note your name, phone number, location and the service requested so we can do the job. When you use the callback form we receive the name, email, phone number and message you enter, along with the time and your IP address for spam control.
How we use it
To reply to your request, carry out the work, invoice it and keep a record of the job. We do not sell or rent your details and we do not use them for marketing lists.
Sharing
Details are shared only with the technician handling your job and with service providers that deliver email or hosting for the site. They are disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it.
Retention
Job records and invoices are kept for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes. Form submissions that do not become jobs are deleted within a reasonable period.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is added in future this policy will be updated to say what is collected.
